Willamette Promise is crafted using a blend of Westwood Farms and Goschie Farms Oregon Promise barley to achieve ideal specifications for a Pilsner-style malt. Oregon Promise shares lineage with the historic UK barley Golden Promise, and the Oregon State University-developed Full Pint barley. The flavor is floral with notes of honeydew melon, white cake, and raw honey. This malt will be a great fit for any pale lager or ale requiring added depth of flavor, structure, and a luscious texture while remaining low in color. Sustainably grown, and Salmon-Safe Certified.
