Applications & Description
Goschie Promise is crafted from Oregon Promise barley grown by
legendary Goschie Farms, using Salmon Safe certified practices
that emphasize sustainability and conservation. Traditionally
floor-malted, and cured using a unique kilning cycle, Admiral
Maltings has crafted a full-bodied malt with bright, delicate
flavors of fresh cake, raw honey, bran muffin, and bread crust.
This malt delivers a clean base for European style lagers,
saisons, farmhouse and wild ales, and new school pale ales and
IPAs.
