đź“Ť The Rake at Admiral Maltings

đź“… Sunday, February 23rd

⏰ 1 PM – 5 PM

The journey of great beer starts long before it reaches your glass. Join us at The Rake at Admiral Maltings for an afternoon that brings together the key players behind your favorite brews—farmers, maltsters, and brewers.

We’re excited to welcome the Schaupp Family and Fritz Durst, our longtime barley and wheat farmers, alongside Standard Deviant Brewing, BrewBilt Brewing, and Hidden Splendor Brewing. Together, they’ll share insights into how premium grains, traditional floor malting, and innovative brewing techniques come together to create truly exceptional beer.

Expect:

🍺 Unique beers brewed with Admiral’s floor-malted barley

🌾 Conversations with the farmers growing the grain behind the glass

⚒️ Insights from our maltsters on how craft malting shapes flavor

🍻 A chance to meet the brewers bringing it all to life

🏭 Guided tours of our malt house to see the traditional floor malting process up close

Come raise a glass with us, take a behind-the-scenes look at California’s first modern floor-malting facility, and experience the journey from farm to malt house to brewery to you.

General Admission ticket includes tasting flight from local craft brewers and private malthouse tour with award winning floor maltsters.
