Join us at The Rake at Admiral Maltings on Wednesday, September 3rd, from 4–8 PM for a special Meet the Brewer evening with Phil Meeker of Woods Beer & Wine Co.

Phil and the Woods team are known for their adventurous, hybrid approach—blending the creativity of craft brewing with the artistry of natural winemaking. From yerba mate–infused ales to innovative beer-wine blends, Woods Beer & Wine Co. pushes boundaries while staying rooted in California’s rich food and beverage culture.

For this event, we’ll be featuring Woods’ beers brewed with Admiral’s California-grown floor malt and showcasing the brewery’s signature balance of flavor, creativity, and drinkability. Phil will be on hand to share the stories behind the beers, Woods’ unique approach to brewing and winemaking, and how curiosity drives everything they do.
