Olfactory Brewing and Blending in San Francisco’s Dogpatch, coming off of its one-year anniversary, has already established itself as one of the Bay Area’s best new breweries. Adept at both hoppy ales and refined lagers, Olfactory has been a great Admiral partner from the start and features our malt in many of its beers. We have brewer/owner Phil Emerson to thank for that! Come by The Rake on Monday, 2/12 (4-7pm) to meet Phil and try some of his Admiral-based beers. Come with questions to ask Phil about his beer and his decision to build so many of them around California grown, floor malted, freshly kilned Admiral malt.
