Meet the Brewer – Old Caz Beer

Old Caz Beer, proudly brewed in Sonoma County (Rohnert Park) has been a longtime support of Admiral Malt. And, in fact, they brew one of the Rake staff’s favorite beers, Bukovany Pivo Pils, a frequent staple of our rotation. Tom Edwards is the man behind the beer at Old Caz and he and his crew will be on hand at The Rake on Sunday, 2/18 from 2-5pm to talk shop and answer your questions, especially “why do you brew with Admiral malt?” We’ll have a range of Old Caz beers including a brand new collab made just for Beer Week, a delicious Munich Dunkel that showcases a whole bunch of Admiral malts.
