Join us as we welcome Nile Zacherle, the mind behind Mad Fritz Brewing, a brewery founded on a unique blend of beer and winemaking traditions that celebrate Northern California’s bountiful terroir. Nile’s journey began with a father-son homebrew project that led him to pursue a degree in Fermentation Science at UC Davis, where he not only mastered brewing but also found a lifelong passion in winemaking.

Mad Fritz is known for its commitment to a “ground-to-glass” approach, crafting beers inspired by the terroir and sustainable ingredients from local farms and local malt from Admiral.
